No, but I don't believe in the "well-child visit"... what a sham.  Maybe consider why you think it's necessary to bring your baby in so often?

Of course most of them are going to say this. They only have a few tools at their disposal, vaccines being one of them.

I advise people to find local like-minded people and ask who the good doctors are.

I'm a member of a local natural parenting Yahoo group which keeps a good doctor list that is updated frequently. It also has comments about the bad ones so you can avoid wasting your time and money.

Change docs fast! The ped at the hospital with DS tried that on us with hepB. It took a good 5 minutes to get rid of her. Awful. The weirdest comment ever was a military NP who claimed that if we don't vaccinate (as you know we are delay-select-vaxers) we should at least get the flu shot, cause it's the most important of all (that was the 12 months visit, where they neglected my concerns about anemia which turned out to be correct but instead focused on the spiel).
