I weighed in yesterday but forgot to report! 142.5 (2 back to holiday parties didn't help!!)
Went to boot camp today. We did a mixed workout of weights and kick boxing. It was good.
dantesmama - that looks like an awesome workout. When I first started teaching I was giving myself muscle spasms in my back from bending wrong, and my physical therapist taught me some core strengthening exercises and when I do them I feel great. I need to get back to those.
dmitrizmom, sounds like you are having some fun with boot camp. Exercise on!
I need to get out for my walk. We had a Christmas party today after school and I am a sucker for cheese logs on crackers - must walk more today!
133.4 MAN!!! I don't know what's goin' on but I am gaining instead of losing. I feel great and look better but the weight isn't coming off. Sorry Team.
I won't give up! I'll try harder this week!
My weigh in is 247.0 pounds down just .2 pounds but I will take it with all of the holiday parties and just barely enough exercise.

Woot! I am 143.2!
146.8, so just under a pound lost; but my jeans are looser, so I suspect I'm losing fat and gaining muscle. Happy Christmas Eve!

dmitrizmom, glad you got your internet back. Hopefully you can get some extra exercise in and next week's weighin will be lower than your original weighin.
That is okay, BlueStateMama, weighin and let us know as soon as you get home. Also some of the extra weight may be retaining water from all the salty foods we eat more of near the holidays. Hopefully your weighin next week will be better.
Thanks ladies. My resolve is strengthened. I'm packing some, doing laundry and trying to get organized to leave for our trip. I'm heading to the gym mid am and am planning on a lean dinner and packing healthy snacks for the trip.
