Well I'm at 146.2 today.  I really need to do something to kick myself into gear.  Even I am starting to get tired of just coasting along with this weight loss. I'm going to have go back to logging my food and exercise.

I will take the .2 weight loss...I ate chinese on new years eve and was really sick the next day. All that salt was too much for my system...grossedout.gif
 

Next year, I will challenge myself to make homemade chinese food.

131.8. I'm surprised!  I only walked once this week since I'm trying to rest my knee. I may skip out on the 5k again this week to try to get the knee healed.

Ran 3 days last week for a total of 9.6 miles. Did 2 miles this morning before boot camp.

Valid28, logging food and exercise will probably help.  Let us know how the week goes along.

dantesmama, olive garden notoriously has high salt so you could be retaining water. Here is to a better weighin next week.

C is for Cookie, I like the idea of homemade chinese then you can control the salt.

nobodymove, hopefully your knee feels better and you will be up and moving soon.

Dmitrimom, congrats on your loss.  Looks like you are on your way again.

otheramerica, sounds like you have a great exercise plan you are going to put into place.  Hope the personal trainer does the trick.

Hi everyone!  Back from Florida and getting back into routines here.  The good news 140!!!  My goal is to break into the 130s by next week :)  (ultimate goal is to have lost all of the extra weight and be in really good shape by our trip at the end of April/for my 42nd birthday)

 

Sorry I missed weigh-in last week - as I mentioned before I left, no scale or internet access at my parent's vacation place.  I'm in for every Monday for here on in!

I've been on the road a lot recently and unfortunately it shows that I had to eat out a lot.  January 7- 172  and today 175.  I just need to get back into good habits and not let this stop me!
