So Here Kellymom says : stinging nettles are used for lowering milk supply (and states nettles are used for increasing milk supply)

and give the herb name as urtica dioica.

 

I have a bottle of freeze-dried herbs where STINGING nettles name has been given as "urtica dioica"

 

NOW here it says milkmaid tea for galac contains stinging nettle to increase milk

Who is right? I need to use stinging nettle for allergies and increasing breastmilk...but am already having supply problems. Is kellymom right and SN will decrease my supply?
