I have a baby girl! « Back to Group Discussions

Just a quick post to share that I gave birth to a baby girl - who doesn't have a name yet - at 1:12 am today, 12/9/12.

Labor was about 3 hours and went straight to active as soon as my kids went to sleep. Everything went smoothly, I caught her myself on mw's birthing stool, and she's a great nurser. I'm amazed my kids slept through me laboring, but they did.

38w4d, 6 lbs 10 oz, 20 in. It will take a while to write my full birth story but I'll share it when I do
