My LP is 12 days and I've read it should be 12 days minimum, so after looking into how to lengthen it I've read people take Vitamin B6. How much should I look for in a supplement? I've got a 50mg one to try first, but have read some take 100mg... can anyone tell me how much you take and if it has helped your LP?
