I am trying to start a new thread and I keep getting the above error message. What is going on?

Ah.  That's what I was getting yesterday.  One of the threads appeared a while later and the other one seems to be here today.

I'm looking into it and will get back to you as soon as I can figure out what the issue is. But it would help top have a link to the page you are on when you get the message and a screenshot of it too.

Yes, it only happened to me for that short time too.
