20 weeks growth spurt? « Back to Group Discussions

Does anyone know if there is a 20 week growth spurt for baby? The last 36 hours I have been soooo hungry!

Babycenter told me at 16 weeks to expect a growth spurt in the next 4 weeks as the baby would grow quite a bit, so sounds like it could be on the tail end of that one. Not like all babies get their spurts at the exact same time

I just went through a big growth spurt so I was confused why i was getting another one but I think maybe it was because i just started walking 30 minutes a day and maybe baby wanted those cals back.
