Yum.....your soup sounds amazing! My dinner made me happy yesterday because I thought ahead enough to throw it in the crockpot in the morning, and by evening it was ready, and warm, and satisfying!
Put 4 chicken thighs in the crockpot, smother with favorite bbq sauce. Cook all day on low, serve over rice......I made peas on the side. Easy Peasy! :)
Drooling here over the soup. If I had a potato I would totally make. I wonder if sweet potato would work? I brined a roast for six days and it is simmering in a pot. I will be adding cabbage, swiss chard, onion, etc. to it an hour before its done. It will be so yummy.
