Congrats Melany on being a new auntie!
Chapsie - so sorry about the fainting episodes. I had one early in the pregnancy, but have been OK since. If you think it's due to low BP, have you thought about upping your salt intake? I have low BP & have struggled with dizzy episodes when I'm not pregnant. I finally upped my sodium levels a bit (simply adding some salt on food) and it's helped a lot. I know it seems contraindicative for pregnancy, but if you don't have high BP levels then it shouldn't hurt -- kinda similar to the electrolyte suggestions :)
Delilah - don't beat yourself up on the working out. I've also done a terrible job of it this pregnancy - and here I'm supposed to be a fitness professional! What a role model I am.
I think you just have to do the best that you can in order to keep up with the demands on your life and also keep yourself healthy all around. I know that in lieu of working out, I've been focusing on my diet and getting enough sleep. I have have time to get a workout in, then it's bonus! I'll get back to it after the baby comes. Just remember that you're a great mom!
Spughy - I hope your pubis synthesis gets sorted out - that is the pits! But, glad to hear that your bg levels are stable. Yay!
AFM - My MIL got into town on Friday, so I've been "entertaining" her while DH's been at work and watch the football game yesterday. I don't mind too much as I get along with her just fine. Sleeping has been interesting. DH had been sleeping in the guest room since I've been sleeping so poorly, but of course moved back in to our room so MIL could have the guest room. I love having him back in there, but my sleep has been so-so since I have a limited amount of space for me and my pillows :) I'm doing OK. We've finished our Christmas shopping & wrapping. I think I'll try some baking with DS later today & I just need to get my dinner plans finalized for tomorrow. I'm looking forward to a fairly relaxing Christmas day! I hope you all have the same.
