Brunch baby shower food ideas

Thread Starter

I'm co-hosting a brunch baby shower for my best friend and am desperate for ideas...anything that can be prepared ahead and reheated OR kept warm in a slowcooker would be the best and CHEAP would be amazing too lol

Ideas I've got so far but not decided on

fruit salad

assorted mini muffins

mini veggie quiches made in muffin tins(may also do this in mini muffin tins)

french toast bake

hash brown casserole of some sort

HELP!!!!

Some sort of soup or stew in the slow cooker? Anyone else have ideas?

pinwheels, like these? http://www.tasteofhome.com/Recipes/Appetizer-Tortilla-Pinwheels

fruit pizza, like this? http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Fruit-Pizza-II/Detail.aspx?prop24=RD_RelatedRecipes

meatballs in the crockpot are always a hit, unless you're going all clean and veg-like?

If you have something soupy in the pot, then you'll need bowls and spoons too..that was always the one downside, I thought.

I had a utensil-free baby shower with all finger food types of things over a brunch with teas, and it seemed to go over really well.
