It's me again, asking for more pictures of the babies.  Please humour me.

Here's Atticus in his swim diaper, getting ready for his first dip in the pool!  He'll be 4 months old next week.

He is adorable!  How was the pool process?  Glad he liked it.  Around here babies can't start until 6 months.

I think he really liked it!  I planned to hold him vertically and just bounce him up & down to get him used to the water, but he immediately kept pushing his chest forward to get into a horizontal position, and then started kicking his legs and crawling with his arms, with an adorably determined expression on his face.  So I pulled him around with my hands under his armpits as if he was swimming.  He got water in his face a few times but seemed okay with it - one time it went up his nose & he didn't like that, but he stayed very good natured about the whole thing. He loves moving his body and kicking his legs so much, that I think it was really satisfying to be able to do that underwater where he could feel some resistance.  We used the "Water Walking" lane at the YMCA - it worked really well.

Atticus is so cute and looks so excited!  I wish we could introduce all of our babies. I can't wait to take Quinn swimming, although, there is really nothing stopping me...

Quinn is a lot more smiley now, she laughs and coos when engaged, and is getting more into talking, but she is still my serious girl diligently trying to figure out the entire world on her own time.

Atticus and Quinn are such dolls!  I'm impressed at the amount of hair that Atticus has and I love love love Quinns hat in that first picture.

Here is my sweet angel Gwen.

4 month check up! (After peeing all over the scale, the wall, and anything else in range!)

So about swim diapers - do they really contain breastmilk poo at all? We're about to head to Hawaii, and everything I read seems to indicate swim diapers exist to contain solid poo, not pee, but BB's poo is anything but solid!

I've never had leakage from a regular Bummies type swim diaper. I've also used the Alva type covers for swimming with success. Mine done tend to poop in water anyway, but my friends have lots of poop in the tub stories so I dont think mine are normal lol

Happy boy. He will be 5 months old on the first.

Aw, Quinn's tummy is so cute!  Love the sleeping shots of Gwen - I think 80% of the photos I have of Atticus are of him asleep.  Nice work on the peeing, Baby Bird!  Such sweet long legs.  And Justmee...5 months old?  Crazy!  He's adorable!

Atticus hasn't pooped in his swim diaper, so I don't know how well it would hold it in.  I too am very skeptical of how it would work!  But he only poops very 9-10 days, so I just keep my fingers crossed.

I can't believe how sweet and big our babies are. Seems like just yesterday we were in the first trimester. I live looking at all the baby pics.

Here's the Doodle Bug rocking her blond mohawk at four months.  She's such a smiley happy girl, I die of cuteness about a million times a day.

We're a really good looking DDC!  All the babies are soooooo adorable.  And Veritas, I think Quinn and Piper have the same forehead.  They make very similar faces a lot.  If Piper's hair was darker, I think they'd look a lot alike.

Sooo cute, everyone!

Way to go, Baby Bird!

Gwen's little sleeping shots are so cute.  I call Quinn my little angel too, and when people call her a princess, I silently curse them.

Penny, I can't believe Atticus only poops every 9-10 days! Is it super huge poops? Quinn poops 2x a day, with some little skidmarks at other times.

Lily, I also think that Quinn and Piper have similar features. Quinn smiled at me in a different way than she normally does and in my head I was thinking it was a total Piper smile. The next time I come to Rochester to visit my brother's family, we should introduce Quinn and Piper.

I totally agree!  I also think it's funny that our SO's have the same name and you have family in Rochester.  We would love to get together for an IRL playdate!

I finally snagged a picture of Gwen being awake :)  I just needed to wait until my toddler was napping.

Veritas Vitae - 99% of the time she's my little angel.  Once in a while (especially after she gets me with those sharp little nails) I call her prickly pear.

Here's a couple of our little Eulalie.  The latter picture is one in a series that we do in the same chair each week.

We all have such adorable babies!

Redtree: Gwen is so sweet.  I love her dress.

Lily: oh my that little tufft of blonde hair!  Piper's hair is so darn cute.

Justmee: your little one looks so relaxed.  Is he super easy going?

monkeyscience: what a cherubic little baby!

Veritas:  I love Quinn's smile in that first picture... and her hat too!

penny:  Atticus is adorable.  he looks like a mini academic with that hair!

This was hiiiilarious as she had this little curl at the top of her head so she was dubbed "Kenzie Lou Who" for a while :)

Love seeing all the pics of the babies! How time flies :-)

Lily - that second photo really does look like Quinn!  So cute!  And if you guys have a playdate I WANT TO COME TOO.  (I will bring Atticus)

The picture of Gwen is hilarious!  I love that our babies are starting to show personalities, beyond just "baby."  She looks like so much fun!

And holy cow, Eulalie & Kenzie are so dang cute!  Such expressive eyes!

Atticus's poops are a little bigger than normal, but not nearly as explosive as I would imagine after waiting so long!  Although last Sunday (his last one - we're now on day 8 without), it was pretty impressive, then as I was cleaning him up he just started pooping again, then peed (straight up in the air, of course), then kept pooping, then peed AGAIN, then spit up everywhere, at which point I just started yelling for help.  That baby was possessed.

Geez it has been a LONG time since I've checked in here.  Below is a picture of our tee tiny farmer at 4 months ~ he's now 5 months 1 week!  How the time if flying.  I've got a job interview next week and though I have been wanting to work, I also have heart palpitations when I think about leaving this little sweetie for even a few hours a day.  The babies in this group are so, so sweet and cute!  So fun to see everyone's photos.  :)

We haven't been around these parts very much, but I am loving all these delicious, chewable darlings!!  I am still in awe how fast they are growing.

Our little bird is 5 months and 10 days old now!  Yesterday we got together with a group of families we've cultivated, all with babies within a few months of one another in age - we call them the Dragon Babies.  Yesterday, we got together to celebrate Valentine's Day!

That's Ever, second-to-last on the right, with the Dragon Babies!
