18 weeks pregnant with questions.

I went to my first appointment last week and got to hear the babies heartbeat. When the dr was looking for the heartbeat she asked if I was told before I had a tilted uterus. I've never even heard of it till then bugs she didn't seem to worry and I was too excited to find the heartbeat to ask questions. I looked up online that a tilted uterus fixes itself between 10-12 weeks. Kinda worried that it could do something to the baby or cause miscarriage. I'm not even showing hardly at all yet. This is my first so I'm worried over everything. Haha. Please help if you can. Sorry for the long story. Ha. Thanks so much! (:

I have a slightly tilted uterus as well. It's actually fairly common, so I don't think you have to worry about it. Also, Dr. Google is not your friend when you are pregnant.

Did the doc say baby was measuring fine?

I haven't gone in for an ultrasound yet. Took 3 months to get on insurance. Was supposed to go for an ultrasound yesterday but my insurance messed up so I had to reschedule. So I don't know if baby is measuring fine. I hope so though! I'll find out next week!

I was thinking. My mom was pregnant with my brother at the age of 15 and had him soon after she turned 16. She didnt even know she was pregnant because she didn't show at all the whole pregnancy. So I called her and asked about it and she said she had a tilted uterus too and thats why she didnt show. Then on Christmas night, she had my brother. Haha. I hope I show at some point cuz that's part of being pregnant and I want to get pictures and stuff. We'll see though! (:
