Yes! Avoid at all costs unless you want to turn green.

No! It would be crazy to throw that food away!

We have a refrigerator in our basement that went on the fritz in the early morning hours of Thursday.  We left the food in the fridge with the door shut during the morning and a repairman came around 1 and got it running again (or so we thought).

Flash forward to Friday afternoon around 3, when I realize that while the fridge is *running* its not cooling.  My husband thinks it was running this morning because the milk was cold when he pulled it out for our daughters; breakfast.  I suspect that the fridge never really cooled again after the repairman left and that the milk felt cold because its in glass bottles at the bottom of the fridge and was still retaining some chill.  Everything else in the fridge this afternoon felt room temperature.

So -- I have a fully cooked, packaged ham and baked turkey breast from Costco that I was relying on for X-mas eve.   My husband is insisting that the food is fine and I'm not sure -- I don't want to give everyone food poisoning for X-mas!

So, who's the crazy one here?
