new law requiring vax'g??

Important question! I was told by someone that vax'g may become required by law, especailly for school age children and even home schooled. Does anyone have any information concerning this?  Isn't it a violation of our rights?

There is no law that requires vaccinations.  Some laws require either vaccination records or a valid exemption based on your state's laws in order for children to attend school, and some states consider homeschools to be schools.

What if you decide to homeschool and not vax?

It depends on your state's laws. You may have to file an exemption form.

Depends on your state's homeschool laws. In Colorado we are required to file an exemption. We use an option which allows us to do everything through a private school, so the state doesn't receive anything from us.

Whoever told you that was misinformed..only WV, and mississippi only have medical exemptions...all the other states offer religious and philosophical exemptions too.
