I feel really silly , you all don't freak out when you child runs a fever of 101 to103 . I'm scared its been a week but iv been feeding him meds left and right maybe I need to stop .....

If it were me, and I was worried, I'd call my doctor. I hope your child is better soon!

Edited to add : I'm not from your area, but don't like the idea of a sleepless mom worrying alone.
