Any tips on what to pack?

I have clothes for me and DH and baby, nursing top for me, swim trunks for DH, diapers, wipes, pads, and snacks......what am I missing?

In case you want to clean up afterward, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner, hairbrush. Lip balm, lotion, hair ties. Do they have drinks and snacks or should you bring your favorites? Water bottle maybe. Oh I'd bring bottled water in fact, can't stand tap unfiltered. Maybe something hot to eat after too? I might have DH heat up a thermos of homemade soup and pack it. My DH wants a couple energy drink shots in the bag for him, and I'll pack his toothbrush also for sure. As you can tell I need to do this too. It's so hard to know how much you'll need when it's just the birth center so you'll go in late and leave in a few hours after birth, but you'll want to be comfortable, and also be ready in case anything happens to need a transfer/longer stay.

our bith center has shampoo and other toiltries but ask your midwife, she will have a list.  Mine suggests meals for the day, like salads, bagels, and a crock pot roast.

If there's any particular music you want, you could bring CDs.

+1 to bikini top. The first time, I didn't feel like taking the time to put it on, and all the pictures are of me topless and basically unshareable in public situations.  The second time I took the 30 seconds to put it on!!
