Any other September 2013 mamas yet? - Page 2

I'm not terribly nauseous, but I have a lot of food aversions, heartburn, fatigue, sore BBs. I slept for ten hours last night, then took a 1.5 hour nap in the afternoon. I'll take it!

I'm having very mild nausea when hungry, and also sore boobs and peeing more. But I'm already having doubts about the success of this pregnancy. I took another test two days after my original and it's not getting darker. The line is definitely darker than the one for my previous miscarriage, but I'm worried because it doesn't seem to be getting darker at all. So I'll just wait and see I guess.

Edited to add that I'm probably panicking over nothing having read up on tests. But I'm going to hand in a pee sample to the doctor surgery today which will give me a more definite positive. I'm just really paranoid after the last one going wrong.

No nausea for me yet, I didn't have any with DS either. But with him I had killer heartburn starting at 6DPO. I'm hoping that doesn't recur! Yesterday though I was absolutely not hungry all day, and then suddenly at dinner I was RAVENOUS, ate way too much then had a stomach ache all night. Mental note- don't do that again, duh.

Nettlesoup- You may want to ask for a blood test. I've heard doctor's offices urine tests are notoriously insensitive.

I'll do that if the urine test isn't any use. I handed it in today, but won't hear back until at least next Friday. I'm feeling more positive about the whole thing having read more about how the pregnancy tests work. The best thing to do is to wait and see I think!

Hi Deborahbgkelly and LivingSky!!! So exciting!!! I just found out yesterday. I'm due the beginning of September. I'll know more after my quantitative and U/S.
It happened quick for me this time! I took my last BCP Nov. 17, had a period the 26-29, and here I am. Conner took 16 months to happen. I'm sooo happy to see familiar faces!!!

I'm having mild heartburn, too, especially when I'm hungry.

nettlesoup, I understand feeling anxious after a m/c. We had one in the beginning of the year and I'm a lot more anxious now than I was with my daughter. I've been debating going for blood tests or even an early ultrasound, but I think you are right. The best thing is to wait and see. It's hard not to worry though.

Congratulations, CDsMom!!! How exciting!

Hi everyone I would love to join you too.  We are expecting our 4th and the due date will be Sept 6th or somewhere around there :)

I think i'll be 4 weeks this weekend.  I've been fairly hungry and kinda crampy-- i can't handle tight pants right now.  My main issue is incredible muscle soreness throughout my body.  I had this in my previous pregnancies too, but I think it feels worse this week because I was standing alot doing Christmas shopping and probably overdid it on the yoga  shy.gif

i am so eager for the DDC to open up!

Congratulations everyone! There are already quite a few of us on here :)

CDsMom1031- Yay! Glad to see you here too. My EDD is currently September 2 so it will be interesting to see if we go around the same time.

Are you having a singleton or twins? My calculations say I'm also due the 2nd. We'll see what the doctor says. smile.gif

Double post.

It occurred to me that we all have the early September due dates because the people in mid and late september probably don't know they are pregnant yet. How exciting!

I had my second beta today. I can't wait for the results.

That's true, so we might end up with loads of members! My partner's theory on September babies is that everyone was making the most of their time before the end of the world :P

LOL, nettlesoup, that's entirely possible!

We are going to the mountains for a few days, so I won't be around until the 1st or 2nd. I hope you all have a happy new year! Until 2013!

My HcG was 59. I have another blood test next Wednesday. She said I'm probably only 3-4 weeks.

I'm pretty sure it's a singleton, but we won't know for sure until the 10th. We hope for just one. We only transferred one embie. It doesn't prevent identical twinning, but it reduces our chances of twinning 30-40%.

My EDD is around September 6th. I got my BFP on Christmas, which was exciting since my husband returned from a deployment this summer and we had been trying since he got home. smile.gif. This will be our third and last, and we will have a big move from Germany to Augusta, GA this summer.

I am so frustrated. The clinic on post here doesn't do blood work to confirm pregnancies and won't refer me to see a doc until I am 10-12 weeks pregnant.

Anyway, I wanted to reply to you because I saw you have a Halloween baby. Both of my kiddos were born on Halloween...ten years apart. My daughter is 13 and was born in 1999 and my son was born in 2009. I
