Any other September 2013 mamas yet? - Page 3
I'm starting to feel a wee bit tired as well, but other than that it's just mild nausea when I'm hungry. Does anyone else notice that young children seem to sense the pregnancy? This time and in February my daughter started acting up when I first got pregnant. Daddy is very much the favourite right now.
I'm right there with you guys :/ My toddler is still nursing a few times a night and I am just so exhausted. This is one of the stages I detest with pregnancy. I love pregnancy but the first trimester I feel like I am living in a cloud and then the end of the pregnancy I am so uncomfortable I can't wait for the baby to get here. The rest is usually a piece of cake. I don't want to complain too much as I am just happy to be pregnant again :) So blessed to be having our fourth and probably final baby :)
Jen&james- I see your youngest daughter is named Rowan? That's what we plan on naming our baby if it's a girl, however that could change. We had it picked out as a girl name before we knew the sex of our last.
CDsmom- your son needs to teach my DS how to sleep lol. He wakes about 5 times a night.
Anyone scared to death of what's to come? I guess because it's fresh in my mind, but I suffer from hyperemesis and it typically starts about 7 weeks for me. With both my sons I was on IV's and taken out of work. I know every pregnancy is different, but this is my 5th (2 miscarriages) and I had morning sickness with them all. So since I found out I have managed to track down all my favorite foods before I can no longer eat (enjoy) them. I would love love love it if this evil side effect of such a wonderful blessing passes me by this time as this will be my last baby. I'm like 4w and 6d. For some reason I've already been feeling a bit queasy and my beta numbers are doubling every 23 hours which is pretty fast so that may be the reason. Anyway, just wanted to see if anyone else out there is a bit anxious. Please don't get me wrong, this baby was planned and I am beyond excited to meet him or her, just not too excited about throwing up everyday.
I'm a bit worried about morning sickness too. If it's like last time, my partner will have to take a week or two off work and his Mum will figure out why. I'd rather no one knew until about 12 weeks, but she's very good at noticing! I'm already feeling mild nausea every day and am wondering when it'll turn into full blown morning sickness.
Countrybound; I hope you don't have such bad morning sickness this time, that sounds awful! Although mine was unpleasant, I was only ever sick once last time.
congrats swissmiss and nenya
CDsMom- good job on giving them up ( I will most likely not give up my one cup of coffee a day, just like I didn't with my DS). But yeah... smoking has got to go. They symptoms will pass soon for you hopefully. Maybe after this baby's birth you won't pick up the habit again =). (I know that's easier said than done).
