Really Severe Itching/Irritation

For as long as I can remember, I have had itching sensation/irritation between my pinkies and ring fingers, and between my middle toe and my... ring? toe. I've tried hydrocortisone, baking soda paste, everything I can think of, and nothing helps. Some days, it's worse than others, but today, especially, it's unbearable. I'm so frustrated. Any idea what this might be, or what I can do to help sooth/ease the discomfort?

Could be a fungal thing. I'd try tea tree oil and coconut oil.
