Easy to say, easy to spell and a touch old-fashioned. My kid's names came from the family trees on both sides just three generations back. Everyone loves their names! Also, be sure to check initials so that it doesn't spell anything awkward or bad.
Check the social security baby name website for the most popular names this year and throw out anything above 200. Names that are too popular can really suck.
Don't invent kr8tv spellings for your kid's name. It leads to fuss and confusion for all the people who care for your child and your child will spend the rest of his or his life explaining how to spell their name. Trust me, it gets old fast.
