Antisperm antibodies

When we had a test in 2007 my husband had 70% antisperm antibodies.  We have had 7 IVF cycles.  Is there anything that he can take naturally to reduce his antibodies?

My DH has 80% antisperm antibodies, a varicocele and low count. He's taking a father to be multi vitamin, extra vitC and Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan. I'm taking a mother to be multi vitamin using opk's and pre seed. We tried SMEP this month but missed a day which was my smiley face day due to tiredness. Elevated hips with a pillow for 30mins+ after BD. We are on cycle 5 and fell pregnant this month. This was DH's 2nd month on Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan. The fertility clinic that we had the SA done in suggested ICSI for us but obviously we couldn't afford private. Thankfully we waited. I don't know if this helped, we got lucky, or what but I'm just putting it out there in case. Good luck, I wish you all the best.

What is SMEP? Is it an ovulation predictor test?  I am using Pasona. I press a button on day one of my period and then pee on some test sticks when the machine asks me to. It shows me when I am ovulating.

I am also taking Folic Acid multi vitamins which is in the form of a tablet and oil capsle.

My husband is a bit reluctant to take multi vitamins as he doesn't think that they will work. He does not like the idea of taking something called Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan.  Where would I get this from, Boots? I could probably convince him to take a multi vitamin but I am not sure of this other vitamin.

SMEP sperm meets egg plan. Google it. It's about hitting the right days so the sperm has the best chance to meet the egg. If your husband won't try multi vitamins, tablets ect at least try PreSeed. It's a lubricant that helps the sperm get up to the egg. I have heard so many people get pregnant within the first or second attemp. Was my second month trying it. You can buy it on amazon or eBay, also boots I think.

Hello Lornalu

Thank you for this.  I will look at Sperm meets egg plan.  We have used conception plus from boots.  It comes in an easy applicator. My hubby has agreed to take multi vitamins as it can only help.  He has warned me to stand over him as he will forget to take them.

I am also going to have a day 21 test to see if I am ovulating as it was 6 years since I had my last one.
