Creative Broth Consumption

Thread Starter
I feel almost embarrassed to be posting this... but what are some of the ways you use chicken stock?

I've really tried to increase my stock consumption this pregnancy, and honestly I'm getting a little sick of soups and rice. I have another batch on the stove right now, but I can't think of how to get it down.

Please help!

1. Use it to deglaze dishes

2. Steam veggies in it

3. Make cornbread dressing with it

4. Chicken and dumplings since it's more a stew than a soup?

Boil it down and make gravy.  I like to saute a lot of onions and then just blend those with some bone broth and a lot of butter, that way I don't have to use flour to thicken my sauces (primal).

Aspic

Put it in mashed potatoes rather than milk, or with milk.

Savory pancakes, use as the liquid in the pancake batter.

Try different grains, like quinoa.

Refried beans.
