looking for a marriage/couples counselor in sonoma county

Hi mamas! 

I am looking for reccomendations for a marriage therapist/ couple counselor in sonoma county. We have Cigna insurance and there seems to be a long list of people we can go to.  I have no idea how to choose one though.  We are in Santa Rosa, but could travel a bit.  We are looking for a woman to help us with communication issues.

i recommend taking the list of network providers and going to Psychology Today's directory and looking up each one to get a feel for them and then seeking out more info on the ones are you interested in - I am a therapist in Santa Rosa and have people I can recommend but they aren't likely on your particular insurance panel.
