Warts on soles of feet

I recently noticed two small warts on DS's soles, one on each foot, when I was trimming his toenails.  I'd like to try to treat them at home--can anyone recommend a remedy?  Thanks!

DD had this a couple of years ago. We used salicylic acid and duct tape and it did the trick. Took a while, and it was a pain to keep on top of it, but it didn't hurt her and it did work. Good luck smile.gif

Mine just came off. Seems like the cooler weather helped since I'm not wearing shoes without socks anymore. Duct tape helps a bunch and even helps them to hurt less. I used clear nail polish too which prolly isn't the healthiest but it did help. Finally a few days ago, the spot had turned black and I could pull them off. Sounds gross I know an left two little holes but after u have had them for months, then u are so relieved to see them go!!!

It's a virus so sometimes they just dissappear. Otherwise, duct tape is the way to go.

I've had good success treating these kinds of warts with a bandaid with Apple Cider Vinegar (the good cloudy kind) on it to cover it most of the time.  With a really stubborn one, I did use the salicylic acid a few times as well, but it was easier to do/remember/leave on the ACV bandaid.
