Thanks sparkle. You know I have always wanted to paint my belly like a pumpkin and dress as Juno or a bun in the oven for Halloween . But I have the WORST cramps ever!!!!! I'm so uncomfortable. I just took a hot shower. Gonna eat something small and take an ibuprofen. Don't want to eat anything that will make me bloated. Omg seriously ladies I'm sooooooooooooo uncomfortable I must be in pain. It looked like I was drunk writing this post I had so many errors.

If I'm not preg, I wish AF would hurry up and get here so I can start over! How can it be so hard to do something on purpose I did 3 times without really trying? Getting old I guess! 

?? - I've tried taking the Rainbow Light Vegan prenatals and they work really well for me, energy-wise, but they give me terrible constipation. What is a great prenatal I can take while TTC? 

Also, I have noticed a decline in the quantity and quality of my fertile CM over the last few years. What can do to do help this? I thought about taking a supplement like fertilaid or EPO, but then I read that these can un-regulate a regular cycle - and I'm pretty regular and don't want to mess that up. Maybe robitussin or mucinex? B vitamins? What is a good book or website I can go to find help?

I really dig the RL prenatals. Plus, I take an extra liquid iron supplement (ended up anemic after my m/c) as well as a liquid cal/mag/d3 supplement. How much water do you get in per day? Leafy greens? Can you do yogurt or other ferments? How's your sugar intake? The liquid calcium seems good to go for me if I need a little help there.

I noticed earlier last year that the quantity and sometimes quality of my fertile CM had reduced. It was so odd to me when I first noticed it as I've always had plenty for days at a time. I said to myself "Hmm, think we should probably get on the ball here if we're thinking about one more!" Oh to be creeping toward the big 4-0 . I'm sorry, I don't have any info on websites or the like to help with the CM issue.

For you crampy ladies. AF cramps usually make my life a living hell every month as well. Chocolate (or whatever your comfort treat is) is sooooo in order!

serenyd--It's the iron in prenatals that can make you constipated.  You could try a multi without iron.  The most important thing you need is folic acid.  It's good to take for at least 3 months before you get pregnant.  My OB advised taking just folic acid until I was actually pregnant to avoid constipation.  I took the prenatal anyway, but it didn't really bother me.  Taking Charge of Your Fertility is a great book that many women read to help with fertility.  They also have a website.  I'm sorry about AF.

Hi! I am new here! We have been trying for 3 cycles now... I am 9dpo, and the waiting is killing me!!!! I have a strange cycle (not very regular ) 28-30days.I have been having period pain for three days now, which is very early ! When can I start testing , and what kind of test do you guys find the best??

I'm still in the TWW, AF was due Jan 5, but only spotting (no fresh flow) so far. Took a HPT this afternoon and it was negative. I don't know that I've ever been late before. Certainly never had such a wonky cycle.

This is TTC #1 and I have no idea what I'm doing nor what I should be looking for. Am going slowly insane!!!

Welcome! You will fit in nicely here. I think we are all learning together because every cycle seems different...at least for me anyway and I have 2 kids!

A big ol' welcome to all the new members! Good luck with everything! This forum is amazing, and everyone is soo nice :) You've come to the right place!

I think I'll def hold off on the fertilitea for now... I mayyy try preseed, as long as there are no side effects such as messing up my cycle, which I can't really see how it would. According to FF I will ovulate on monday, which means I'll have a *ahem* busy weekend lol ... My husband is going to be away Friday night, but is coming back Saturday evening. Do you think that if we BD Thurs, Fri morning before work, and then Sat, Sun, Monday, that'll be good?? I don't think there are any sperm issues since I did get pregnant last month, so that's not too much, right? We pretty much had sex every day for 2 or 3 days prior to ovulation, then during O and after for a day or 2.

Looking at that sentence now, I feel a little ridiculous even asking if that's enough sex. But I'm leaving it for your entertainment lol. Go ahead and laugh at me  I'm just so scared of missing the egg!! Like if I actually Ovulate on Friday (if FF isn't correct) then I'm scared we won't have done the BD enough.

I'm trying to eat iron and protein rich foods to build up my uterine lining, and right now I'm just taking a prenatal vit. I just looked at the bottle though, and noticed that it doesn't say anything about DHA?? I thought all prenatals had DHA in them? Tomorrow I'm planning to start taking fish oil as well. Any other recommendations?

Welcome to everyone new. Hope your stay is short I took a delightful nap after some Valium and ibuprofen. I'll prob even go to work tomorrow now that the cramps aren't so bad. I have an appt set for Friday which will be CD 5 hopefully I will be cyst free and can start TTC for the 6th round. Crazy that 4 years ago today I started fertility treatments.

Dahlia that sounds like plenty of BD to catch that egg! I think eating the protein should help you a lot because a lot of times the lining is the reason for early mc from what I have read!! Keeping my fingers crossed for you! I'm very hopeful and feeling good about this month for ya!

AFM I had brown spotting today and AF is due pretty soon here. I don't know what to think to be honest :/ super nervous but trying to remain calm! I saw les mis today and oh boy was it so good but I cried A LOT! I am way too emotional currently to be watching movies like that haha! I hope everyone had a great day

Nothing is happening her.  I am keeping my mind busy with school starting again.  Homeschool for 3 kids and the rest to public.  So much going on that I home this 9 days flies by!!!
