how can you tell

what baby's position is? I know he's head down, applying pressure to my cervix...I get that. I am having so many hard contractions that my belly is practically square! I feel occasional punches/kicks on my right side. The movement has slowed WAY down!

I've been looking on spinning babies...been doing the pelvic tilt as much as I can and contractions are getting stronger...

My second son was born forehead first, so I'm wondering if that's what's causing all of this start, stop, maybe stuff..

 tips? ideas?

If the pelvic tilt is working, then by all means, keep doing it!  I don't know that there is any way to distinguish a forehead presentation in labor from any other malposition of the head, unless the care provider does an exam and is able to feel the head.
