sour-smellng breastmilk poo

Sort of smells like sour milk and is also chunky and slightly green.  Thoughts?  She's 4mos old and 100% breast-fed.

A yogurty smell is totally normal. The greenish color could indicate she is getting too much foremilk and not enough hindmilk, sometimes because momma has overactive letdown. You can try block feeding - all feeds in a four hour block come from the same breast, then switch for the next four hours.
