Choosing a doula ... help!

I'm looking for a doula for the upcoming birth of my twins. 

What do you think are the most important question to ask? I'm meeting with two women. One who is young and still starting out but very sweet. The second is super experienced and has been to a lot of births. 

Any advice?

I would go with the one you feel more comfortable with and not get hung up on who has been to more births. I got to attend a twin birth early in my doula career and it was awesome, the parents and I clicked really well and she had the birth she had planned.

One other thing I would look for is faith in your ability to birth your babies. You want a doula who thinks that you can do it, not that you are trying to do it.
