I saw a picture posted on Running.com that showed two runners in the snow with the caption - "Summer Body starts in Winter"
Ain't that the truth! My goal is 1500 minutes this month. December kicked my butt with injury and sickness. That never happens.... I'll be more careful this month.
Let's get started!
1/1 - 20 minute walk just because I wanted to start the year and month off right
1/2 - 70 run on the treadmill at an 8:34 pace. I hate the treadmill.
