1/1 - 20 minute walk just because I wanted to start the year and month off right
1/2 - 70 run on the treadmill at an 8:34 pace. I hate the treadmill.
1/3 - 65 minutes at the gym (stairs)
1/4 - 20 minutes yoga - lame workout!
1/5 - 60 minute run through the town
1/7 - 90 minute gym workout - 45 minutes weights, 40 minutes cardio and 5 stretching
1/8 - 30 minute easy trail run
1/9 - 50 minute run
1/10 - nada
1/11 - 90 minutes in the gym - 50 minutes weights/ 40 cardio
1/12 - 70 minute run
1/13 - 50 minute walk with my sista!
1/14 - 85 minutes at the gym - 45 weights and 40 running and stretching
1/15 - 60 minute trail run
1/16 - Nothing!!!!
1/17 - 45 minutes on the indoor track at the gym 8 minute pace
1/18 - 35 minutes at the gym - weights
1/19 - watched my kid run a college meet - doesn't count though
1/20 - 65 minutes running/hiking with hubby in the mountains
1/21 - 105 minutes at the gym....two excercise classes and cardio
1/22 - nada
1/23 - 95 minutes at the gym....40 minutes cardio, 40 strength and 5 stretching
