My biggest complaint the past few days has been exhaustion. I wake up tired. I went to the chiro and grocery shopping today and when I got home 3 hrs later I had to take a nap. I woke up and still feel really tired. I don't think I've been sleeping fully. :-(

Hi ladies! I'm 6w4d along and have been having insane nausea this week. Waaaayyy more than I ever had with my son. My question for you, is do you experience stomach pain along with your nausea? I've been feeling like I have a constant stomach ache that lasts about 75% of the day. I threw up for the first time tonight and it did seem that the pain and being sick were linked. My husband can't believe how much pain I seem to be in (compared to none with DS) so I just wanted to see if it was common or not. I think I'm going to go in to a MW within the next couple days anyway. I'm down a few lbs since I have to force myself to eat anything. Ok...aside from that macaroni & cheese that sounded good for three meals in a row wink1.gif Blah! Can't wait for this to pass!

I've had a tummy ache and gas so bad since becoming pregnant. I didn't have it with my first. The intestinal cramping and bloating is the worse. Chamomile tea and eating some apples has helped some.

Bloated bloated bloated! It's amazing how puffy and pudgy I look , within a few days of a missed period. Sooooo does not bode well! I don't want to gain a hundred pounds! Eek!

I've had stomach ache, but that's because this pregnancy seems to give me the runs. As if all day nausea isn't enough!

I'm glad I'm not the only one getting the runs, all advice online says you'll get constipated when pregnant, not the runs 😣

Hmm, I'm not sure which would be worse!

I'm actually feeling great today, no nausea, (just a little first thing) not tired and boobs feel ok. Hope this is good not bad. I'm never happy, moan when I got symptoms and when I don't!! Lol

I usually start out fine then by 11am I start feeling queasy and it gets worse as I get more tired. Taking little naps helps. My level of fatigue definitely seems to affect it more than anything else, i.e. I can eat small meals throughout the day and it won't resolve the queasiness as much as a nap will.
Tried the kefir yesterday: stomach not happy, just the normal lactose intolerant reaction. Too bad because I used to really love the taste of it, before quitting all dairy because it kept getting worse.
Hoping to get a somewhat productive day today. Going to a movie tonight, hopefully I won't fall asleep (no dialogue, just images and sound).

These sea sick bands are awesome, my nausea is almost completely gone and I feel human again! Only problem is people at work asked me why I was wearing them, I lied and said I had an ear infection which made me nauseous, they believed me but don't know how long I'll get away with it lol

Serena76- awesome!! Glad they are helping you!

I feel like my morning sickness is peaking. My half a zofran a day is not cutting it. Well, it's making me not throw up constantly. I did throw up a couple times yesterday and almost just lost it at the dinner table. Awful. I don't want to take a whole pill though, even just the half has constipated me so bad. Miserable :/ 9 weeks tomorrow

Awww Serena, I'm having the same issues! It's tapering off a bit now, thank god. I was starting to get itchy, and worry about treating a YI this early-- I had a raging one in my 3rd trimester, probably from all the SUGAR (albeit fruit, but still) last pregnancy. BTW I love the name Serena and am considering it for this baby if it's a girl. ;)

I am feeling pretty good so far energy-wise but omg, food is SUCH an issue. I just don't feel like eating anything. All. Day. Nothing. Then, when I'm starving, I get really nauseated so I have to eat something. Then a few bites in, I don't want to eat ANY MORE even if it sounded good, it doesn't a second later. Annoying! I am dreading my dinner tonight because of how it SMELLS. This sucks. I feel like I'll be wasting a lot of food if I don't start eating what's in my fridge. I'm trying to eat a whole foods diet and failing the last two days! Eggs? UGH! I want a plain burrito with cheese right now. I haven't had a burrito in months. Waaa.

Time to hold my breath and warm up the delish roast I made yesterday. uhoh3.gif

Yikes sorry mama. Hope you feel better, MS is said to peak at week 6 but no guarantee it'll go away... ;(

my morning-noon-night sickness is getting worse. i am 9 weeks and ready for it to peak. it is hard to eat the way i want to and enjoy this pregnancy the way i want to when i am constantly vacillating between being shaky hungry and gagging at everything. the main reason i'm able to get through a day is luna bars and kefir. i don't like luna bars or kefir and sugar tastes extremely gross to me now, but that's about all i can eat without gagging. my poor wife has done everything and bought everything for me to help me: seabands, hard candy, essential oils, b6, unisome, herbal tea, protein snacks, massage, ginger, candied ginger, bland food, smoothies, my favorite foods... . i feel guilty that nothing helps when she's trying so hard. she deserves an award for listening to me whine all the time and being so supportive. perhaps her award can be two needy infants.
