I have never found anything that helps in 5 pregnancies. It really stinks. I'm just very grateful that it goes away after, for the most part. I do get it with my period sometimes, so its definitely hormonal.
When I was on labor with my first DC, as he was literally coming out, I was screaming, "My hip!!! My hip!!!"
The only thing that relieves the pressure, is for me to lay on my back straight and flat, but now that baby is getting bigger, it hurts my back if I accidentally fall asleep that way. UGH!
I've also got the vajay-jay funk. LOL I am currently taking high probiotics every day to make it go away. No likey.
