My expected total hours of exercise for the month of January is: 960 min

Glad to see this!  I was feeling like a loner in the last thread so wasn't sure if anyone was interested in continuing!

 

I'm only at 25 minutes of my 500 for the month so far...we had company until late yesterday so I didn't get any time in.  Planning on adding to that tonight once kiddos are in bed!

I'm at 90/675 of formal working out, but I also logged a 30 minute walk yesterday.  I'm still undecided on if I should count the copious amounts I walk, and how that would affect my total goal minutes!

I only have 35 minutes to add...UGH.  I am WAY behind.  It is SO hard to keep up motivation to move when moving HURTS.  90/500

Yeep, I lost count.  I think I'm at 225/675 but I did a lot of walking in there too.

105 minutes for me to add (195/500)

I am way behind for my goal so far this month as I've hit the point where I'm going to just have to drastically modify things if I don't want to be in tears at the end of every day.  So I've been doing a LOT of free weights and upper body work.  Hopefully I won't be too obviously disproportioned. LOL  But the most lower body work I can do consists of my elliptical time, so it'll have to do.

Trying to catch back up....I have 70 minutes from today and yesterday.  265/500

Feeling better now that I'm closer to being back on track.  I managed 30 minutes yesterday and 30 minutes today (hopefully more to come), still just a combo of elliptical and free weights/floor work.  I look forward to adding more variation to workouts once again after the baby is here in SPD/sciatica is GONE!!!!  I definitely plan on doing a LOT of walking though once the snow is gone from our field.  With DD2, who was due in May, I walked around our 34 acres every night.  It is rough terrain, I'd get lots of ctx, even take some time squatting out there. LOL  It may have contributed to my labor with her only being 4 hours.  But hopefully there'll be no snow left come late March/April and the ground will be dry, so I can do it again!

Awesome job ladies!!!

 

 

I only have 65 minutes for the last 3 days.  I won't get any in today, DH's been pretty sick so I haven't had a chance.  I am going to be doing a modified candida diet again since I'm a fungal magnet and all of a sudden am dealing with systemic and external yeast joys.  Nice.   
 
Anyway...415/500.  At least it looks like I should meet/surpass my goal this month.  I actually think I could manage a higher goal next month since my SPD/SI Joint/sciatica has been surprisingly (AMAZINGLY!?!!) non-existent lately.  Watch though...I'll up it, meet it, and then end up writhing in pain.  eyesroll.gif

Okay...for the last 3 days, I have 80 minutes.  So....that's like 495/500??
 
Funny though, I tried to go for a walk outside and realized I seriously cannot do ANYTHING with any amount of impact.  It hurt like the dickens.  Glad I'm able to listen to my body though so that I don't cause problems.

35 more minutes for me today.  And OMGosh, I worked out for the first 20 minutes at 6am, and I NEVER do that.  I'm so wiped out lately that I have no qualms with sleeping until my kids get up a little later, but today I happened to get up with DH to help him get his lunch ready and just went straight to the elliptical.  Not sure if I can manage it regularly, but it was nice to switch things up a bit.  
 
Soooo...ending January with 530/500.  Yay!
 
I think I am going to increase my goal even more for Feb.  Which feels kinda silly since I'm starting to hurt more these days.  BUT, the weight gain thing, combined with labor coming sooner rather than later at this point, makes me want to ramp it up a bit.  Hopefully I don't have a full 12ish weeks left, but I've hoped that before and still had to turn to castor oil. LOL

Adding 150 min to my monthly total. I missed my prenatal yoga class two weeks ago due to illness and this week because I am just SO tired. I hope that I can still be active in the last 10 weeks. Anyone else struggling with fatigue?

 

Total for January: 720/960
