Infertility specialist in Seattle area

I have been TTC for 18 months now and am realizing it's time to seek help - can anyone help me find the right place to go for help? I went to my ob/gyn at the 12 month mark and she asked me some questions and did a quick pelvic exam and said everything looks/sounds fine to her, she didn't have any recommendations. I tried to make an appointment at one place back in August but they wouldn't see us without a referral and now I can't remember where that was.

So - what do I look for, how do I choose a specialist? Any suggestions? I prefer to stay on the Eastside (I work in Bellevue) but a practice with offices on the Eastside and in Seattle would be ideal for flexibility when we need to work with my husband's work schedule (he works in Seattle).  I also posted this in the Infertility forum but I thought that there may be people in the regional group with past experience that won't see that post :)

I saw Dr. Kennedy at Seattle Reproductive Medicine (in the Kirkland office).  I am 11 weeks pregnant after our first IVF.  I had heard from others before seeing her that its easy to feel like your in a herd of cattle.  They are busy and have lots of patients.  You are just another patient.  I have see 3 different RE's and kind of feel the same about all of them.  I also liked Dr. Shahine at Pacific Northwest Fertility.  I think she had a friendlier personality but I believe Dr. Kennedy has more experience.  

Overall I would recommend SRM because in the end we got pregnant.  They have a office in Bellevue also.  All of the bigger procedures are done in the Seattle office.  Good luck with your journey.  I know how difficult it is.  If you want any more info or advice feel free to private message me.
