Anyone else getting strong vibes about whether baby is boy or girl?

I keep referring to this blueberry as a "he".  It is my 4th babe, I've always "guessed" correctly, but I've never started referring to the baby as one or the other until after I've had an ultrasound.  I could be dead wrong, and that would be fine, too. :)

Anyone else?

I thought boy right when I found out but now I honestly have no idea. I didn't with DD either. Although I assumed I'd have a girl because that's what most of my generation had produced at the time lol My cousin and his wife just had 2 boys in the past 3 years though so you never know I guess.

I've been having vague girl vibes, but I'm fine either way.

I think I'll be taking the MaterniT21 test in a couple of weeks, so we might find out really soon! bigeyes.gif

I have a feeling that it's a boy, although I'd be happy with either! We're going to wait till delivery to find out.

I have a feeling it's a girl, but am not sure if I'm just projecting... After 2 boys (and this is likely our last baby), I would really like a girl, although I also like the idea of a house full if boys. But I think we're waiting until delivery to find out, too, so I won't know for a while!

No clue.  Everyone around me says "girl", but I think that's wishful thinking on their part.  ;)  I didn't know with DS, but I wasn't surprised when he was born either, so maybe deep down I did know? I think I would have been shocked if he turned out to be a girl, but that's hard to say too.

No clue. But I'm jus going to assume "girl" since I seem to keep getting those smile.gif

No idea, and I was wrong with both of my other kids, so I am not even going to venture a guess. We will also know soon from the genetic testing- so I only have to wait a few more weeks.

My husband is black and my mil with my first said she wanted a boy with blonde hair and blue eyes, and that is what I had. This time she says I am having a girl. So I guess that is what I will have. I keep calling babe he, not sure if that is because my first was a boy so I am used to babe being he. I don't have a feeling either way but hope babe is a girl. Then she can keep her nickname Nene.

Thanks everyone for responding. :) GISDiva, I think that is a good way to put it.  I didn't feel I "knew" before, but I wasn't at all surprised when I found out.  And I may be projecting or saying "he" because that's what I had last.

Somegirl99- Is that the over the counter test?  Good thing I'm broke so I won't be tempted..

It's usually ordered by your OB or MW, but I guess if you wanted to pay full price (expensive) you could probably order it on your own.  The primary purpose is to detect chromosomal abnormalities such as the one that causes Down's syndrome, so it is usually only for women at risk because of age, family history, or other reasons.  The gender result is just a side benefit (and I believe you can choose not to find out even if you get the test).

I had constant low-level nausea with my dd, but none with my ds.  I'm getting it again this time, so going with girl.

Anyone else have different symptoms when they were pregnant with boy or girl?

I did too. With my DS I was super happy, no real nausea, felt like mama goddesses kind of pregnancy. With dd I was nauseous till 16 weeks, super pissy, and basically felt like I had PMS for 9 months.

DH and I are getting girl vibes and keep accidentally saying "she" when referring to baby bird, but I really think it's going to be a boy. We'd both really like a girl, although we'd be happy either way.

I only have one pregnancy to compare to, but this one is definitely different. I had the goddess pregnancy with my son too, this one, not so much. Lol...still, my nausea has been really tolerable though, I can't complain.

I found out I was pg after waking up from a dream in which I had a baby boy with a shock of blonde hair (all of mine have started out more-or-less blonde, but generally quite bald!). I have 3 boys already and we were delighted to finally get a girl after the boys. I'd LOVE to have a "full house" of 3 boys and 2 girls, but I'm pretty content with the idea that this is a boy. Of course, there were other elements of my dream that I do NOT want to be true, so if that one's wrong, too, that'd be okay! lol.gif I'll really be thrilled either way and won't find out until the birth, regardless. Which means all those clothes I was sorting to put on consignment? Yeah, they're not going anywhere just yet! redface.gif And I already consigned and sold a bunch. Sigh. eyesroll.gif

We were all kind of hoping for a girl, so lately I've been saying it's probably a boy. The more I think boy, the more I get excited for a boy, though. I'll be happy either way.

I've always had dreams about the sex of my kids. I'm 2 for 2. This time I had a dream it's a boy. We'll see for sure in March!

I've never guessed wrong once with my friends kids, but am not sure if my perfect record applies to me!  I've been feeling it's a girl since before I even knew I was pregnant - it was a series of dreams about a daughter that inspired me to take a pregnancy test to begin with.  At this point the "hunch" has turned into a desire, since I have integrated it so much into my fantasies!  I am trying hard to keep it in check so that I can be happy either way.  And to think, until November I always wanted a boy!  My husband wants to know the sex ASAP, so I guess we'll be seeing . . .

My DS and I both feel its going to be a boy, but I really want another girl so the two youngest can have that sister bond, though I fear it will be a household of ear piercing squealing and yelling.  lol.gif  Either way we will be happy, but it would def. be fun to have two girls close in age.
