Well, I am totally going to be honest about my shameful eating behavior, I ate a.........pork chop! I have been vegetarian for years now and I make meat for the boys and they smelled so good and I caved. I think pork is just wrong and rarely buy it but alas, the baby made me do it? LOL! By the time I was done it did make me feel yuck though. No more pork for me. Chicken still grosses me out. Probably no more meat.
I feel like all I eat is dairy right now. I don't drink cow's milk not pregnant and avoid dairy like the plague but I have caved to the sacred animals milk and I drink glasses of it. I have always been a firm believer in trusting my body and if it is craving something then just maybe I need it. So I am not too upset about the dairy thing. I believe it will pass.
Last week, I had two McDonalds milkshakes! They have to be bad for you, right?
So looking forward to the second trimester and feeling normal? again.











Although, when I indulged the other night, I didn't have my usual peas mixed in, I had green beans and broccoli on the side. Peas are definitely the way to go!
