How about a substitute for taco sauce?

Hi, I love taco sauce, but hate preservatives.  I was wondering how to make taco sauce w/ maybe some braggs ACV and tomato paste perhaps, and if so, what to store in and how long to keep?  Or any tips on premade not gross brands?  THANKS in advance, MDCmamas!

I use this one, the only thing I do different is let it simmer on the stove for 15 minutes or so.
