vaccine profits for doctors

Using the links provided in the other vaccine profit thread, 4-5 dollars per vaccination are for paying the staff for administering the shot. This included things like billing, not just injecting. Checking the CDC info on well baby visits, the main reason for most well baby visits is the vaccination(s). So, ... how profitable are vaccinations for the doctors? Should more of the fee of the visit count as profit from vaccinations, since some visits may not be made if it weren't for scheduled vaccinations?

I think there are reasons to attend well baby checks other than vaccines.
