alternate schedule for baby in Thailand

I'm trying to decide what vaccines are important for living in Thailand.  I just had my second daughter here and I'd like to make some informed decisions but the info I find is usually based on the prevalence of a disease in the US.  Would anyone have some insight on this?

Have you tried the WHO (World Health Organization) website. I think they show the recommended vaccinations for different countries/regions somewhere. Would be somewhere to start.
