I don't have a clue 
DD will be around 31 months. We don't have family living nearby. And we moved here 6 months ago - hardly enough time for my socially inept self to make any close friends who I'd be comfortable asking.
Ack!
We do have some very sweet neighbors who'd surely be fine with watching DD if they're home when I go into labor. I plan to ask around... But I hardly see this as a plan... It's more of a stopgap - someone to watch her if my labor is getting intense and DD's more "official" caregiver hasn't arrived yet.
