Do you use weight loss services and/or websites? Which are good?

I briefly looked at Weight Watchers a long while ago, but haven't looked at anything since then.  Any input on good services?

If you have an iPhone or iPad, look at MyFitnessPal.  It's a fabulous app and it's free!

I've used Biggest Loser and whats-her-name.....Jillian Michaels. I'll get you the links....

They were both pretty good. Menus with veg options. Pretty good motivational support too.

Heh. Running postponed by arrival of baby. Once I get my pelvic floor a bit more "in shape" is like to get back to it though.

WW or any online program is good but if you are motivated enough, just commit yourself or start a group with a few friends...maybe meet 2 times a week to walk or work out? 

I like to eat as healthy as I can 80% -85% of the time and allow for small indulgences here and there- a few times a week. I also exercise daily if only for 15 minutes.

That MyFitnessPal app is great!

and there are some very good free apps I have on my kindle for short 5, 7 or 10 minute workouts.

Another supporter of MyFitnessPal!  I've lost 61 pounds (so far ;-)) using it.  It has everything!  I eat a lot of ethnic foods, and I've found them in their database.
