desperately needing advise

I have a servant cat. He is usually what I call a demon cat. He keeps eating the plastic plant. A couple days ago he started throwing itup. Now he has started not eating or going to the bathroom. The vet wants a lot of money just to see him. I cant afford it until next week. Any advise on what to try to get him to eat or do for him until I can get him to the vet?????

A cat that's eaten plastic and is no longer eating or defecating most likely has a bowel obstruction.  If this was my cat, knowing how quickly fatal such an obstruction can be, I'd look for a vet that would accept payments, or would work with me on the cost.
