My son is only three but we intend to homeschool by age six. Slowly, I have been getting acquaited with the homeschool community locally.

Hi! I also just moved back to this area from Alaska!  I put my 3 boys in the local school (ages 4, 6, & 8).  I am now researching homeschooling and Charter Schools.  The were in a very creative, loving, physically active Charter School in Alaska. This has been a complete change for them.   I am open to ideas.  It sounds as if we have children who are close in age.  Maybe we could get together and brainstorm a little.  I was so glad to see this post!
