Sore throat...what can I take?

Hi,

 

What can I take to ease my sore throat (painful swallowing) that won't tank my already low supply, please?

Most cough drops are fine.

Tea with honey.

Vitamin C, echinacea.

Sore throat sprays.

Thank you.. I took some coldeze cough drops... but wasn't sure about medication... I think I will try a sore throat spray
