I know they say every pregnancy is different but I fully expected to be violently throwing up all day by now.  With my DD, I had all day sickness from week 6-14.  It totally makes me think I am pregnant with boy but I doubt there is an science to back up different symptoms = different pregnancy.  I have had waves of nausea but that's it.  Maybe it will hit me later?  Either way, it is a nice feeling knowing I can still eat most foods without feeling sick. 

I am still anxious to get an early ultrasound which I scheduled for next Friday, I will be 8 weeks.  I am still checking the toilet paper every time I wipe (due to miscarriage last month). 

Anyway, hope you all are well. The first trimester is so hard for so many reasons!

Thank you for the update. I was thinking about you earlier wondering how you were. I hope the sickness stays away for you.

Hopefully the nausea stays away and everything is just perfect :) I also check the TP every.single.time and likely will for a very long time.

Hooray!  My son's pregnancy was virtually symptom free as well, I vote boy.  ;)

My son's pregnancy was super easy. Not so much with my daughter. :)

With my daughter, I didn't gain a pound until week 20 but now that I'm eating more to help with nausea, I'm already up 2/3 pounds. I was quite shocked to find my first real stretch mark too. Hoping I can start exercising soon:)

I spoke too soon :( The very next day, nausea hit me hard.  Although I am not throwing up as much as I did with my DD, I just have extreme food aversions and constantly feel sick.  I rack my brain thinking of things to eat.  It usually ends up being carbs even though I should be eating proteins.  Food is my enemy right now :( My house is a mess and I just have no desire to do anything which is not really an option because my husband is in grad school and studies each night and I teach twice a week and have a 3 year old.  8 weeks tomorrow.....
