Homebirthing in Pittsburgh, PA

I recently moved back to Pittsburgh, PA and have been researching birthing options in the area. I had my other two children with a midwife in the hospital setting and water births. I was hoping for the next time to be a water birth at home but have been told there are no CNM who deliver at home in Pittsburgh or really anywhere in PA. I currently go to the Midwife Center and I think they are wonderful but they do not do water births and I am looking for something different. Anyone know if these are really my only options in Pittsburgh, PA?
