CDC lying article - help me find it!

A little while ago I thought I read an article on Mothering in the vaccination threads about how the CDC was found to be lying about all the epidemics going around. Can anyone help me find it? I've looked to no avail...

I will do one and see what I can find.

I did a search for CDC and epidemic and this was the only thread I could find that was near what you are talking about.
