Goldenseal in mouthwash...safe?

Hello,

I realized that my mouthwash from Whole Foods has goldenseal in it. Of course I'm not swollowing it but do you think it's safe to use while pregnant?

Good question. I agree that it should be fine as long as you don't swallow. If you are looking for a mouthwash without Goldenseal, one option is Herb Pharm's Oral Health Tonic.
