My son is a year old in February, and I am nine weeks and a bit pregnant with number two.  I distinctly remember feeling movement from my son at over ten weeks, but today I *know* I felt movement from this one!

 

What's the earliest you've felt movement if you've been pregnant before/when do you expect to feel your first movements if this is your first pregnancy??

I swore I felt some flutters about a week ago but I haven't felt anything since. I was about 16wks with my DD when I started feeling movement.

lately at night when I settle in to bed I swear I feel flutters but am supposed to be only 8w3d w babe 3. I think we feel things earlier with each pregnancy but it seems way too early for it to be true, I love that feeling even if I'm a little doubtful of it right now!

I felt one this week too, it didn't seem to be in the right place to be gas, but I also thought it was a little high. Who knows, it happens so fast and then it's gone, it's hard to know where it even came from!

I could swear I felt movement at 10 wks with dd2, but I dismissed it until 12 wks, when I no longer could. I think dd3 was a little later. Around 14 wks for sure.

13 weeks with my DD and the miscarriage before that.  Can't wait.  A little less than 2 weeks to go and hoping to feel him/her starting then.

This is my 4th pregnancy and i started feeling movement at 10.5 weeks. I mean, I have lots of gas bubbles going on as well, but this movement is just a different sensation. It's hard for some people to believe when you tell them you've been feeling movement.

I've felt what I would call movement but it's in the wrong place. :/ I know baby is super low, still, so it's not a large area where it could be. Still, shouldn't be long! Can't wait!!

Ok, I'm definitely feeling the bubbly feeling really low down for the past 3 days...seems too low to be gas. Apparently I have an anterior placenta this time and I've heard that can make it harder to feel the baby move?

I had an anterior last time around too and I don't think I felt anything until 14-ish weeks I think?

I've been feeling something for a while but I don't think it's baby, I've just been calling it a "twitchy uterus".

This is #2 for me, and i don't think i felt baby before 16 weeks the first time.  BUT, last night I swear i felt something going on in there.  not gas, not cramps, that sort of rolling/bubbly feeling.  I thought i was losing it, but maybe not?

That could very well be the case for me, that's a good description.

I could be wrong, and not trying to burst anyone's bubble, but I thought this early the baby was kinda rooted, and unable to make large movements that are apparent to the mom. I have no clue, because I could swear to you I've felt SOMEthing going on down there. Whoever said uterus twitching sounds spot on! It's very bubbly, but not so much gassy. Either way, I can't wait to feel that first real kick, and know for sure

Only 8w3d here but I would swear that I've felt a couple of flutters already. Not much, just a quick feeling, but nothing like gas or digestion. It's kind of fun to think about.

I have a twitchy uterus too... I felt it today! It just seemed too strong to actually be movement from something the size of a peanut though.
